Arrival
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling to accommodate other clients.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that children not receiving services remain supervised at all times. Young children should not be left unattended in the salon.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and sanitized between each client. We use high-quality, professional-grade products.
- Please inform your technician of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your service.
- If you have any nail infections or open wounds, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of a contagious condition.
Payment Policy
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be paid in cash or by card.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment and we will make it right at no additional cost.
